- Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched on the next working day
- Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday
- During bank holidays, orders will be dispatched on the next working day (typically Tuesday)
Orders placed before 3pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day, ensuring a swift and seamless delivery experience.

All Zamst products within the United Kingdom are shipped from Denbigh, North Wales.
Products
Our ankle braces are sold separately.
Most of our ankle braces are anatomically correct and are specifically made for a right and left ankle. Please refer to the product page of each ankle brace to determine if you need to choose a right or left option.
Typically our products are made for 3-5 months or one season. It depends on the frequency of usage and care of the merchandise.
Most of our products require measurement of the circumference of the arm, thigh, calf, etc. Other areas may require you to measure the distance. For ankle or socks, the size is based on your shoe size. If it falls between two sizes, choose the larger one. Sizing can be found on our website; you can also download the catalogue with sizing information as well.

Most of our ankle braces will fit comfortably in your shoes. Our A2-DX should fit in most athletic shoes however it may not fit in some boots, skate or cleates. If your athletic shoe is already tight on you then we recommend going up a half size or getting a wider option.

Please wash according to the following directions:
- Use a neutral detergent and hand wash it in a sink. Dry away from direct sunlight.
- Please note that the product may fade as a result of washing.
- Do not place in a dryer or have it dry-cleaned.
- Do not iron it or use chlorinated detergents.

The A2-DX ankle braces come with two extra padding that are located inside, which can be placed in the area that is causing pressure. This will in turn, provide more padding and relieve the pressure.
The Thumb Guard has Thermo-plastic material inside. To mould, place the thumb guard in warm to hot water (about 150 F) for 15-20 seconds, then place it on your thumb and hold in place until it begins to harden (~30-60 secs).
